I have this issue with my sony sola.
Everytime I connect my phone to pc via USB.
IT JUST WON'T WORK.
I used this phone for a year till now, this usb thing only worked for few times.
I wanna update my phone android also couldn't due to this issue!
I tried everything, like restart my phone, restart my pc, changes the usb mode, enable debug. EVERYTHING.
I wanna know how to make this work, but don't give me any suggestione I mentioned above!
