urgent problem regarding battery

I just opened the cover of my sp to change the sim,  I saw the black battery next to it swollen,  and a bit out shape on the outside,  If I press that region its a bit soft and not rigid,  is it normal?

I suggest you to go to a sony repair center and check issue with them
