i'm from mexico, i have buyed a xperia arc S 6 monts ago and one day when i using my phone and lock it, y can't unlock more the screen don't show nothing more and the only way that i can get it unlock again is putting it into the fridge, i want some help with it because i love this phone, please help me u_u

What do you mean about putting your phone into the fridge?

that's the only way that my phone show me something in the screen again, putting it on the fridge to cooling it. When the phone is very cold, is when i can unlock it again, but if i press the power button to lock, the error happen.

i forgot to put my phone model... it's a Xperia Arc S LT18a
