Urgent .... Connection problem with usb otg

I tell you my problem. I have a sp xperia that will connect a usb through a otg cable and it worked great but when I went to remove it apparently did not do well and my phone told me not had extracted safely and then when I went to connect again no longer recognize any usb ... that I can do to fix that... would greatly appreciate any solution

I would suggest that you first of all try with another OTG cable to see if there may be something faulty with the cable.

will try to explain .. I tested the cable into a usb otg in xperia m with at least 4 USB memory and have worked normally .... my xperia sp probe the same cable with 2 of the usb drives and works well ... outside of that upgrade to android 4.3 and with the same cable usb otg if recognized 4 pendrives but I play to downgrade to 4.1 because the phone was unstable ... so do not know if it's the app that allows the connection otg need upgrade or can do to recognize all USB ... but thanks for try
