uploading reference images

How do I upload screenshot as reference images in support forum directly.

If you want to add a picture to a thread, you can press on the following icon: 

You can find this icon just above the text field (where you can change font style/size etc.). Before the community can view an image, the picture needs to be approved by a moderator/staff member which is done several times per day.
