upgrade problem in Xperia U

I m tying to update my Xperia U to 183 .. but after 99% completion , it is not progressing .. why it so .. is anyone having the same problem

it is showing this image from past 2 hours .. what may be the prblm

Try to temporarily disable firewalls and anti virus systems and try again. If it still gets stuck try to do the update using SUS instead.
