Updating android thru sony bridge

Hi, i'm trying to update my sony xperia p but when I try to start, bridge says: "timed out waiting for engine to start" and obviously doesn't work. What can I do?

If you still get this error message I suggest that you try to reinstall Bridge for mac and try again.

Also check if you're located behind any proxy server.
