hi my sony xperia z2 hasnt updated to the latest software yet

i havnt reciever the update message and the pc software says its up to date but clearly its not.

my android version is 4.4.2

build version is 17.1.1.a.0.402

i saw on the website there is a later version.please help

You can manually flash another coutrys firmware however to answer your question - Before generic hansets get the update the networks have to all authorise the update, I'm not saying they have to release the update but they do have to authorise it - Then Sony will be authorised to release it to generic devices
