hi,I have a problem with updating my sony xperia v.I have already dowloaded the software update but when it must update the I get a reply that says ONLY SONY ERICSON DEVICES SUPPORTED.IHAVE DONE EVERYTHING I COULD ,HOPE U CAN ASSIST ME IN THIS PROBLEM.

How are you trying to update your phone? Is it directly in the phone or is it via PC/Mac? Where do you get this error message, in the phone or computer? If you have not tried to update from a computer yet via USB-connection, I would suggest that you try that.
