Update

I've tried to update the Sony Xperia SP's softvare but the phone disconnected from the computer while the update was installing and after that the phone's starting up  stops at the 'Sony picture'. I've tried to start the update again but didn't work. Can anyone help me?

Force shutdown the phone.Connect to wall charger and turn it on after.

you got the 4.3 update?

He probably has the last update,not 4.3

I've tried to but didn't work.

Download sony update service and update(or repair).

Only sense the phone for 1-2 minutes until the screen is black an the light at the bottum is green, after the sony picture come up the computer doesn't  sense it anymore.

Charge it for 1 hour,retry to repair with sony update service.If still not working,take it into service.
