my xperia m is still stuck on 4.1.2 ... what should i do??? update centre says the phone is fully updated. and is kitkat available for m single sim?

1. You have to wait for the update to be approved and released in your country 

2. It doesn't seem that the Xperia M/M dual will get 4.3 or 4.4

Android 4.1 is the latest version available for Xperia M: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-m/.
