when I´m going to update my phone say I have all update but I have android 4.1 not 4.2

yes it xperia L and if you visit http://www.sonymobile.com/es/software/phones/xperia-l/ say there a new updata to 4.2 and I have 4.1.2

How do you know you have only 4.1.2?Go to settings-about phone.
