I have bought a phone live with walkman a year ago and i think its a great phone for the price. When it first shipped with gingerbread it was great. Very fast and no bugs. However when the ICS update rolled out it became a slow phone with such basic bugs like the crappy camera and the notification leds not working properly (this are just 2 of an enormous list of problems related to the last firmware updates). I have no intentions to change phone in the near future so i had to change to custom roms in order to make it good enough for a normal daily use. I am here to ask, in name of all owners of 2011 xperia phones, a firmware upgrade to fix the bugs on ics or even to upgrade to jellybean or at least release the camera libs for jelly bean so the developer comunity can bring us the latest versions of android. This isnt the first phone that i bought from Sony/Sony Ericsson (this is the 4th I buy for myself but I have recommended sony phones to people who are always changing phone) and I might consider to change brand when i buy the next phone (in 6 months or so) because of poor software solutions and beacause Sony doesnt give a crap to the owners of mid/low range phones nor the people who develop for this phones.
