hi all, i have tried to update my sony experia U so i can download BBM, as i try to udate it via Pc comanion it says hold volume button down ( at side ) and plug in usb.........but it just dosent work? any other way? please.

Use sony update service.
Firstremove your battery and plcae it again and then try to connect it holding volume key down
