Update Service fails

When I open Update Service it ¾ loads and then stops with the following message:

“An unexpected error has occurred. The application will shut down.”

I downloaded the PC Suite for Sony Ericsson & Update Service from SEr website as instructed. I have an SE model M600i mobile phone. I have been to the Support site & searched for the above message but no luck.

that is odd indeed

u using mac or pc??

if ur using mac then ur in a messy situation coz the SEUS is only for PC

try turn off ur internet auto protection and see what happen

i m also having same problem cant open update service suite in my windows 7 and xp

 error showing an unexpected error has occurred the appliction will shutdown
