Update process is stuck

For a while I get the upgrade xperia L and put it thought this would take 9 minutes and takes about an hour and still ne update screen and I worry anyone know if it's normal?

Do you get an error?

It gives no errors just keep on the screen with the android robot when upgrading and there is an hour there any danger if I remove the battery? or normal to take so what worries me is that said it would take 9 minutes and takes an hour do not remove the sd

That's quite a bit of time, just reboot your phone

So what do I remove the battery?? I'm afraid to die or restart it? what happens if I remove the battery while updating?

if something goes wrong you can repair the phone by restarting the update process
