Update Problems

I seem to have a problem with the current software on my phone. When I go to Settings>About Phone>Android Version it says I have 4.1.2. This may be true but when I go to Google Play it says "This app is incompatible with your device.". I haven't updated my phone recently so this gives me the impression that there is something wrong. PC Companion also says I have the latest software update.

Do I have the latest software update or is something wrong?

Which app is it? the problem might be that the app its not available in your country or that its not compatible with your phone's hardware.
