Update problem

Hello, im new user of Sony Xperia..

For your infomation, i bought 3 model from Xperia family ( Acro S(me),Tipo Dual(brother), and J(mom)-3 days years old.)

The problem is, when i try to update Xperia J(11.0.A.3.28) through PC companion the result always fails..it happen to Xperia Tipo too(11.0.A.6.5)..

I followed the instruction step by step.The process is stuck during step 3(update phone).Then i try to update through 'repair',still didnt work.

But my Acro S didnt face this problem.

How to fix these kind of problem??

just make sure to press and hold the volume down button before connecting the usb cable

Mine too, but after updating my Sony companion software this issue never happened to me anymore.  I already updated my J into 11.0.A.7.5
