Update ICS in Philippines

Hi Sony, may we know when ICS update for sony Xperia P will be available in the philippines? thank you.

it seems that Markus is busy, he is the Sony Moderator who creates the SI number threads but there isn't one for the Xperia P, I hope they create one, anyway, if the update is similar to the Xperia S, it will be a while before it's approved by your country, and if you are locked to a network, they have to add their bloatware, re-test then release

My Xperia is not locked to any network here in the philippines, is it safe to upgrade manually?

I would just wait, as the update will be available for you soon, updating manually it's safe, but you should backup your current firmware
