Update for Xperia Z1 failed

I recently update PC Companion and tried to install the latest 4.4.2 update but i keep getting the error :

Problem: Unable to run update components on your computer

Details: Unabake to communicate with Sony Update Engine (error 10)

i tried troubleshooting, i allowed SPCC to acces internet and also through the Firewall

I cant find Sony Mobile. Song ericcson update engine.

Cany you kindly assist, when i try update with the phone, the Update app seems to be smoking weed cos it keeps saying all systems are up to date and its not picking up the latest Firmware
