I have been unable to update my mini pro for the past year. After finally being able to access this ability, the update failed. My phone now does not come on. I visited the sony update support site and followed the instructions. The phone still does not connect to the pc companion with the following error coming up Sony Update Engine Error 10. This error was the initial reason why I was unable to update the phone using the pc companion, even after disabling by firewall and antivirus. Please help.
