Update Failure - Screen constant 'System Update Failure'

I REALLY NEED HEALP ASAP. I cannot  start my phone. It just keeps on restarting indicating 'The Software update failes. Make sure thay your phone is connected to a computer'. I changed my mind to update my phone. What am i supposed to do?????????

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds like the update was not completed but had started so you are going to need to run a repair to reload the firmware:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
