i've updated my phone today morning without any problems.

maybe the server is under heavy load.

i would wait till evening or do the update in the morning.

It will be better if you find a pc with windows 7 and then use SUS

with PCC aa hava a availible update, my phone via update center is "up to date" i have free wifi so theres no costissues
