Update apps

Hi, recently my Sony Xperia M2 had an update where few apps got installed such as Vine's. Is there any way of deleting these apps from my phone as I don't use any of them, they just take up my memory. The only options I have are; Force stop, Uninstall updates and Disable. Is there any ways of deleting these apps?:smileyconfused:

Some apps cannot be removed,you can however disable them. If you want to remove them,you need to root.
