Update and Internal Storage Error

I have been trying to update my phone to 9.1.A.1.140, it did not work on both my phones updater and the SUS, I recieved error 2003 and a message about modified software on one occasion.

So I decided to backup and factory reset the phone, after this was done the update would still not work, and now after trying to redownload my Spotify songs I recieve an error saying no dialogue box found.

A notification has also appeared twice saying SD unmounted unexpectedly.

Need help on both the update problems and spotify, on the storage settings the internal storage details are still there.

Have you unlocked the boot loader? If not I suggest that you contact your local support team to check if you can get help with a software reinstall at a retailer or a repair center.
