if you know about SI numbers then you know about the SI thread, if you know about the SI thread you should be aware of

Are you conducting a debate here?? Saying that "copy-paste questions get copy-paste answers"... Youare supposed to give some useful information to your customers not personal attacks... The same I have faced with your super user Mr.uliwooly on other thread. What are you people are up to guys? Why are you doing all this?? If you are irritated with the same questions then you should think of some useful answers that solves this problem of posting the same question by many users. So just ask your company to enquire about the approval information instead of giving useless answers here i.e copy paste answers

Waste of asking these support people dude...Even I have the same problem and I'm from India. I'm tired of asking them the same question and they don't want to tell or enquire their officials anything to tell except this copy paste answers...Either you wait for it or find an alternative to buy any other manufacturer but not worst Sony agian

I'm not here to start any debate at all. Browse the Neo V/L thread for a few minutes and you'll find a lot of posts regarding the same question ("when will SI XXXX-XXXX get sw XX?") and also the same amount of answers saying that we can't provide any information regarding specific SI numbers. Ofcourse I understand your frustration and believe me, I would love to give you another answer if I could.

I'm sure you understand that we don't enjoy seeing our users unhappy and just keep the updates from you for fun. That wouldn't benefit anyone.

Yes, I understand...but it has been 2 months now but no update yet...What to do even the update comes now also...Is that what a customer wants from his company?? Please inform your officials that no Asian countries have got the update and the further help would be appreciated...
