Dear sir I m one of ur customer who bought Sony m4 aqua because of brand but I would like to say Sony is now trearing like a local brand the worst ur team at service centre is not responding properly to cstmr due to this u r loosing u customers and cstmr go to other brand kindly ask u member to contact me so that I can share my worst experiences that happens to me with Sony what ur ppl are asking and it would b great if u will call so that as I a customer I will share my experience so that u can improve in future.
