unresponsive touchscreen after changing wallpaper

I need a help.. yesterday when i replace my livewallpaper with a static preinstalled wallpaper that definitely came from sony. My phone hangs then the wallpaper shows only black.. then my touchscreen didnt work.. So i decided to soft reset my phone.. but no use.. i cant even unlock my phone because my touchscreen was unresponsive.. please help.. i tried to hard reset it but i also cant even hard reset it..the notification bar is working properly but i cant pull it down to update my version because i saw in sony website that i have to update it.. BUT HOW if i cant connect my phone to computer because i cant TAP the connect to phone in the notification bar.. PLEASE HELP....... :smileysad::smileycry:

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
