I was browsing through facebook when my M4 Aqua suddenly stopped working. First, the display stopped moving, then the sound was off. I thought it was an app problem so I pressed the home button, then I realize it was not responding. I tried to turn it off with holding down the power button, and hoping something would pop up on screen but it did not work. The display usually turns off after a short while when the phone is not in use, but it is still on. it is not overheating. Now I am hoping the battery would drain out and i can restart the phone. Please help!
