Sometimes I can't unlock my cellphone (xperia TX)with power bottom and I have to take out battery

If your device hangs when is on standby probably the issue is caused by a background app/process that doesn't work correctly.
Try ro remove the apps that you installed/updated recently and if issue persists make a factory reset
