If you want root then you don't need to unlock your bootloader on the Z1 and I'm speaking from experience including the latest 4.4.4 firmware builds

it is already unlocked and i dont have the TA partition

any idea about how to restore DRM keys so i can get back the camera and xreality ??

Sadly, I don't believe you can restore them.

Not possible and do not try and restore the DRM keys or TA partition from another phone to yours as this will result in a hard brick
