Unlock screen. Pls Pls help

I've got my mobile phone (Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S) back after a long time^^. BUT, and this is the point, I don't know my screen unlock password anymore. I know  my PIN, but then I have to unlock my screen too. And I've forgotten this fckn pw.... How can i unlock it???? And I mean without going to the swisscom Shop. I still have reason xD. So can someone of u help me?

You can update/repair you phone using sony update service or PC companion.

But you will lose all your data.

And how do I have to do that ? No matter if I losse all my data, I've saved them on a second place.
