unlock pattern password forgotten..help me out please..

hello sir i hv forgotten my password so suggest me what should i do...??

i have tried this all thing but didn't worked...

1- google account login failed because of no data connection(netpack is disabled)..

2- tryed to udate with pc companion but didn't worked cuz i had updated beforoe only from jellybean 4.1.2 to 4.3 jellybean..

pls pls pls pls help me out as soon as possible cuz suffering this problem from more than 2 days...

Perform a system repair - This will factory reset your phone meaning all data etc will be erased

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
