unlock boot loader

Today I want to unlock my boot loader,but in the web,it is said need to input IMEI,So I find out my IMEI,but My IMEI has 15 numbers.but the web siad there is only 14 numbers,So I cut the last one,It worked,and sent me the code,but it is real for my device?Any one help me?My phone is Xperia SL

Yes,ofcouse my phone information said yes,it means Bootloader unlock allowed
