Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped when sending message

I have problem sending or receiving messages on my phone since I upgraded my phone to the last version.

Can anyone help me please!!

Double check your APN settings 

Settings > more > internet settings > download settings

I did download it, but I it still doesn't work and this message come up when I try to send!! Even I restarted the phone nothing changed.

Ok that's something else, try this 

settings > messaging > clear data > restart your phone > check again, also it will be wise to reinstall the latest update with SUS or PCC
