Why is it that when I open a message, the phone displays "unfortunately messaging has stopped"? My phone is Xperia Z & I just bought it today.

Repair your software using Sony Update Service!

After that should be all fine.

Before repairing phone software,try settings-apps-all-messaging(force stop and clear data).Restart.If still not working,repair.

Hi there!

I just bought my Xperia Z yesterday, & I have encountered a number of problems with the phone. The wifi signal is weak/ I always experience singal-dropping problems even if I am near the router & the "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" setting is at "always".

The loudspeaker volume is very low even if I did not put the phone in water & it had  not been in contact with water. 

The notes app shut down a few times while I am making some notes.

The messaging displays "unfortunately, messaging has stopped" when I open a particular message which is just from someone here in canada also, & the content of the message was just a picture and some message.

I hope all of these problems would be addressed and corrected properly. I didn't buy this phone just to experience these bunch of problems. Thank you so much for considering these.
