unexpected service

Dear Sony,

I'm writing here because couldn't find any responsible contact from your side to comunicate with.

I'm from Russia and here we have your local support and hotline.

They couldn't help me at all. Hotline hang up two times.

Now they ask me to write emails. I did it once using web form and got no feedback.

I can not trust local Sony support anymore.

I kindly ask you to provide a person who can help me.

I have three issues with Sony xperia m5 bought almost 1 year ago.

I could use the phone for 4 month only cause after this period it got hot and turned off.

Recharging or pushing any buttons on it couldn't help me to bring it back to live.

So I brought it to Sony recomended warranty service.

After a time service came back to me with working phone but with "found no defects".
That sounded strange but I was happy.
After a week symptoms repeated and it turned off again. Same story.

I brought it to service again and same result. No defects and working phone.

This time at home I realized that no SIM and SD card holder were in it. 

I'm 100% sure that they lost it or even stolen in the service.

BTW both times in service they opened case and replace some parts.

And also here at home I found that photo camera is not working anymore in all aps.

Self test shows that camera is not reachable/found.

I'm really disapointed about such story. I don't belive that my phone works well, I can not test it cause sim-holder was lost at service, local sony hotline don't want to help.

And I don't know what to do.

I have lots of other Sony technics but in fact sony xperia was the worst buy I've made for a long time.

Please help.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but this is a global user based forum, only your Local support can assist you.

Does SONY provide any global customer support service?

Is it possible to communicate with headquarters?

It sounds really strange that no one can help me. As I mentioned before Local support ignore issues.

Not that I'm aware of, it has to be handle by your Local support
