I was happy with my phone for over 5 months and now it suddenly dropped the 3G connection. I am still able to connect to 2g network. I contacted my service provider but they could not do much. It only connects to 2G (GSM) network operator. When I search all network operator, it only finds 2G, I see on 3G.
I inserted the sim on a different smartphone and it could search for 3g netwroks, So its an issue with my phone. Anyone here has a solution?

Pradeep
Hi, have a look at the Network Mode setting, make sure you did not inadvertently changed it.

Network mode is WDCMA(Preferred/GSM). If I select WCDMA only, I get no signals at all. I have tried changing and waiting for several minutes, however no luck.

Ok, since you have confirmed with your Network Operator that there is nothing wrong with the network, suggest software repair phone with PC Companion or Update Service.

If still to no avail, send phone to your local Service Centre for repair, it could be a hardware problem.
