Unable to use Facebook with Timescape

Post updating to the latest version of Facebook app via play store, facebook sync is not working when used with Timescape.

It displays the error stating "Could not update from Facebook".

All the other Timescape extensions like Twitter, etc are working fine.

Team, please look into this problem and update us.

I'm having exactly the same problem here. Tried remove fb account and add it again - no results. Tried others phone chips and nothing.

Hope they don't tell me to do "Factory Reset", because i won't do it.

Can this have been caused by the update of the fb app?

This is most likely caused by the update from Facebook. We are looking in to it right now to see if there's anything we can do from our end to prevent it. Hopefully this will be solved soon. I'll get back to you if I get any new information.

Yes I'm having the exact same problem? Have un installed FB app, re-installed FB app, reverted to old FB app, have tried everything but nothing works. HELP!

I don't think it's the update Samuel, I tried to Uninstall the updates and use the Stock version Facebook and it doesn't fix anything... I think it's somebody's server...

Ok, friend, but i don't think that downgrade the fb app should do the trick...

Let's wait for another tip of the Support...

By the way, my phone is the Xperia Play. Everyone might be having the same trouble...

I got the latest FB update today, but the update didnt fix the issue with the timescape.

I really hoped that the update would fix the issue.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

its well known that fb had a lot of issues few days ago and are about to change their privacy policy, yet again, most likely its a fb issue rather than the phone

Well, you're right uliwooly!

I try to use Logcat Live Wallpaper to take photos of the error...

...and here's my 2 cents for what I found...

W/FacebookPlugin( 4053): interpretHttpContent FacebookError= Unknown path components: /home&fields=id,from,created_time,type,to,message,caption,name,picture,object_id,likes,actions

Not sure this will help but I use the Timescape Feed Widget and everytime I refreshes that error appears...

Adding my opinion, I think that Facebook has moved the server or maybe like uliwooly said, privacy issues...
