unable to update

My smartphone is xperia P,the problem is im unable to update to the latest software. Everything goes fine until i restart the smartphone, then my laptop (OS win 😎 displays that the connected device is not recognized. I have repeated this procedure 5 or 6 times, result is the same, can u help me ?

try reinstalling the PCC software in ur windows 8 and check all the drivers has been installed ..

Install PCC from sony's site,not from the phone.It should install the drivers for W8 also.
