Unable to see excel grid lines on emails, phone does not synchronise with company email address book

Dear Friends,

I have a Sony Experia Z. I am facing two issues currently. My work emails have been activated on the phone but it does not synchronise with the global address book for the company. This implies, I have to memorise email addresses unless they are saved or the address belongs to somebody who has corresponded with me in the past. I cannot look up other details of the contact from the global address book like phone number etc which is very important. Ironically, the samsung S4 is synchronised with the global address book 😞

The second issue is, before updating the software on my phone, If somebody sent me an email with an excel worksheet copied on the text I could see it as I would on my computer. Post the update, I can see only text and the tables are impossible to read. It used to be like that on my Blackberry which is precisely why I changed 😞

To find contacts in the global address list you need to use the search function under Contacts. GAL-contacts will not be displayed among your contacts but you can find them using search.

If you want to browse GAL you need to install a 3:rd party app like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.vivekiyer.GAL.

I'm probably doing something wrong but if i copy an excel worksheet into an email in MS Outlook even MS Outlook doesn't display any tables but just the text. The phone displays the email just as MS Outlook does.
