my sony xperia u having problem so long. so that i tried to repair my phone. It downloaded the software by sony pc companion then it asks to switch off the phone and disconnect the data cable after 5 seconds connected the phone to the computer via data cable by pressing volume down key. But it wont go to next step, I tried so many times it never go to next step. What should I do? please help me!!!!. Very Urgent.....
