It seems that Iplayer will not open properly without an internet connection.
For example; I downloaded a program which I started watching whilst still having an internet connection. I later closed the app and went underground, then I tried to open the app and continue to watch the downloaded program (as you can, quite rightly, do on the iphone version of the app). Instead of opening iplayer and allowing me to continue watching the downloaded program offline, the app refused to open and the download couldn't be viewed. When back above ground, and with an internet connection, the app worked perfectly again.
Please investigate!
