Make sure that you're connected to a Wi-Fi network. I know that some games requires this for downloading additional data.

If you are and it still won't download you may want to contact the game developer to check what may be the problem.

yes i am using stable wifi connection, i am from india and i have bought the xperia z1 one week ago only, and i can able to download other large apps

You are downloading it from google play?Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.

I cannot answer you for sure but would say it may just be a device compatibility issue. Therefor could anyone who has successfully played asphalt 7 input to this forum to confirm. I myself had this issue with asphalt 6 downloading to a tablet. (not my z1) and gameloft simply advised my named brand tablet was not supported.

I had no problem with Asphalt 8,but I have not tried 7.Maybe I will.

it is free game offered by sony i installed it from game loft app which is preinstalled in the phone. asphalt 7 is installed while opening the game it ask for want to download addtional files ? do you want to proceed? yes or no. i clicked yes but it is not downloading at all
