Unable to disable safe mode

You can get out of safe mode by simply restarting your phone, but I want to make sure that we're talking about the same term so can you tell me how you got into safe mode?

Just a quick thing. A defective volume down button will always boot your device in safe mode.

I've got the same problem.
There is no Way to solve it without the poWer/volume button or restart? I try everythings.
If like you said it's due to the defective volume down button, how can i fix this ?
