unable to delete bloatware

I have ICS 4.0.3 got SU access to the Arc S .....

In /system/apps

Want to delete bloatware but when i use any of the following

-

Root browser lite

ES file explorer

Astro file manager

x-plorer file manager

etc

they can see the bloatware files but won't allow me to delete them, even though I'm in root....

can any one help ?

Did you allow access to all of these apps through Super User app ?

These apps didn't ask for superuser access.....

I need an app which will ask for SU and then allow me to delete sys apps which I don't need.....

Been thinking... I don't need Sony's twitter, facebook or youtube apps as I can access these via opera browser....

Do you have super user app installed ?

It's most likely appears that your mobile is not rooted properly

Try to root again.

I used the SU routine I think you put on this forum in April-May 2012 and for ICS 4.0.3 that works 🙂 100% of the time....

But those apps can't see it or it can't see those apps .... either way its a real pain...

I want to fine tune the ARC S so I only have apps I need and then I want to save it all via Titanium backup pro so i can go back to the ARC S in tuned mode.....

I also use link2sd app which has saved the Arc S from the bin and that works by giving the Arc S virtual ram on the SD card.....

SD Booster has given me probs with crashing the Arc S.
