Unable to capture snaps

I have a problem with my phone i open camera and capture snap, when i click capture its throw me on main menu.

I have done soft reset the phone but no improvement

Kindly Advice.

currently i have only phone memory and its 16 MB free.

were you able to capture pictures before? delete some pictures and see if you can take new pictures

I have deleted all picture but same result.

If the application crashes and throws you to the main menu it sounds like a software issue in which case I would have to advise that you run an update via PC Companion:
