I am facing following problems on my Xperia M dual :-
1. Automatic restarting of phone - without pressing the power switch, phone keeps on restarting automatically and no main menu is been displayed.
2. Error displayed after phone is started- "Process not responding, would you like to press 'ok' or 'wait'" - Even if I press ok or wait, the screen remains total blank and none of the tools are displayed on screen. The screen is totally blank. If the phone is kept idle it again restarts and the same process cycle continues....
Kindly advise a solution in order to rectify and also suggest in such cases how to get the back up of files or contacts stored in the phone.
Thank you,

One of your apps or system apps is causing the phone to crash. The easiest way is to do a repair using the PC Companion. Just click the Support Zone > Phone/Tablet Software Update and click "repair my phone/tablet" and follow the instruction. Note that this will wipe your internal sdcard and all your apps as well. Remoe your external sdcard just in case.
The other option is to download your firmware from other sources like XDA Forum and use Flashtool to flash the rom to your phone. This way at least, allows you to preserve your apps and data in your internal memory.
If all these sounds too complicated, just bring your phone to the service centre.
