Unable to boot into CWM recover

Phone: xperia V LT25i 

Build Number 4.1.2     9.1.A.1.140

Phone is rooted and has an bootloader is locked

I follow http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2012738 instruction for install CWM on my phone .

my phone is root and the proccess of install.bat/install.sh success without any error

but after my power off and on my phone I try all Key and button ( Repeatly press Power , tape screen , Vol down , Vol up ) but none of them take me to Recovery and no LED light shows up at all

even i install Quick Boot app and try recovery option from there and no success again

on all of them phone boot normally

I try to install Various Version of ( CWM4XperiaT_v6i_JB , CWM4XperiaT_v7i_JB , CWM4XperiaT_v8i_JB , CWM4XperiaT_v9i_JB ) and run Install.bat as Administrator .

where is the problem  ??

Try an app called NDR utils from the play store and select your Recovery program from the drop down list to reboot into it

the NDR utilis show some message on Top and whe i tap Reboot to recovery nothing happend ...

• • On Xperia V running ICS press repeatedly (not holding) volume-down button until the phone vibrates
  • On Xperia V running JB try one of these:
    • Press repeatedly (not holding) power button until the phone vibrates
    • Tap repeatedly the screen
• Wait a few seconds and you will be on CWM
