Un-Stable ICS update, missing some necessary features...

I am having a Neo V and i have upgraded it to ICS but its not a stable one. So, i want to know when is the stable version for thi is going to be released? also it does not support the video calling feature although it has a fornt facing camera..so should the customers expect this feature included in the new stable update of ICS?

In what way do you mean it is unstable?

What do you mean when you say it does not support video calling using the front facing camera? (I did a test with Skype today. I had no problems).
